FloNergia airlifts vs regular airlifts

Post by rallly »

I've been learning about the newer Flonergia airlift pumps, they say they made a 2 in 1 system that pumps and aerates with only an air sources. I learned about airlifts recently and I'm curious to know if it would be cheaper to just make my own air lift pump or not. I'm moving 16,000gpm 100ft up through a submerged pipe. they said it will take 20kw to do this and cost $55k total. Could I do this just by putting an air blower with 76 m3/min 10kpa and an air disc at 90% down the pipe?
Thank you!

Hello,

every air lift pumps and aerates, that's just physics. You want to pump 100 feet up? That could be possible, but is not the focus here at pond airlifts. Therefore we do not have any experiece for 100 ft. discharge head.

Hi members

Am new in this forum and very much interested in the airlift technology. is it possible to connect airlift pump delivery pipe to a drive pipe of a Ram pump to deliver water at higher head uphill?
